This is an amazing company! The representative was on point and extremely helpful. I have picked a different scooter and the Rep called me to advised it was out of stock well after talking with him he help me realize I may be picking the wrong scooter. He help me pick the one that would fit my needs the best. I got a Pride Revo. I will be a loyal customer to Scooter direct!! Please call them if you are think about buying a scooter. Love it! My service dog love the fact he can run next to the scooter at the high speed and get the exercise. Of course he ride between my legs with plenty of leg room when he get tired. Now I can go very far and batteries last a week oh, that is neat! I don't use the arms or the baskets underneath. pain to have to remove it along with everything else. Don't need it! Although the basket in front is absolutely great.

Both the scooter and Russell are the best of the best! I received the scooter in 5 days, including the Labor Day weekend, and I gotta say that this is indeed the best of the best. It has the heft of a midsize scooter, but can be disassembled easily for transport in a car trunk or an SUV. Russell, your advice and service are beyond compare; I trust you.
