The Division of Facilities Compliance and Recovery manages the Hill-Burton program, to assure that obligated facilities provide free or reduced cost medical services to those persons who are uninsured and underinsured and meet eligibility criteria. It assists eligible persons in obtaining free medical care, technically assisting obligated facilities concerning provision of free or reduced cost medical care, and providing information to entities applying for TitleXVI grants.
