» In Home labor Warranty
Our Up Front Pricing includes a unique One Year in Home Parts and Labor Service Warranty with all Pride Mobility or Golden Technologiesmobility scooters, power chairs and Chair Lifts. And optional on all Pride Mobility Silver Star Scooter Lifts and Mobile Carriers. You will be given a special number for service, and the manufacturer will directly dispatch an authorized field technician to your home to cover travel, parts and labor - for the first 12 months. (Mileage and labor are not normally covered under the standard factory warranty).
The customer will contact our Service Department by phone, fax or Online. Or call the toll-free number provided by the manufacturer.
Our representative will route the service call to a field technician.
The field technician will promptly contact the customer to schedule a service date.
Parts and labor are covered if the qualifying equipment is still under warranty.
» Manufacturer Parts Warranty
As an authorized service provider for many of the brands Scooter Direct offers, we can efficiently handle almost any repair need, whether your mobility scooter remains under warranty or not. And we'll help whether you ship it or drop it in our service center or want the repair done by a local service provider. The manufacturer will pay the freight to ship the replacement parts - if still covered under warranty - to your specified authorized service center. Beyond the manufacturer warranty customer needs to pay for parts, labor and shipping. Please Note: This is the same standard manufacturer warranty even if you buy the product from a local store!

Whether a portable scooter, travel scooter, heavy duty scooter, lift chair, wheelchair, electric lift or other mobility product, we can meet your needs. If you can't find it on our site just contact our service department for a Price quote. Depending on the part, the serial number of the mobility scooter, chair lifts, mobile carriers, portable scooters or travel scooter may be required.
