DME Inside Sales Specialist – Full Time Durable Medical Equipments Sales Experience required. Performs 50+ Outbound / Inbound calls per day; Creates & maintains customer accounts; Creates quotes, invoices, tracking information on sales. Familiarity w/ computer applications, internet, domain names, & email applications is required. Internet savvy- researching skills a must. High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree or some college is preferred.
Customer Service Representative- Full time.
The Customer Service Representative will assist customers by placing orders, providing accurate product information, & addressing questions or concerns in a helpful & professional manner. This position deals front line with customers & must always represent the company & our customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity. Representatives must possess strong verbal & written communications skills. Clear enunciation is important. In addition, this position requires light outbound calling, data entry, & administrative duties such as faxing, filing, & compiling research. Minimum 1-2 years background in customer service or related field is a must. Ability to operate a computer & phone system. Familiarity with computer applications such as email & internet researching is required.
Service Manager- Full Time
A Service Manager with a minimum 2 years experience is required. The successful candidate will provide service to all durable medical equipments including: power chairs, scooters and lift chairs. Electric lifts and Carriers Installations. Taking care of parts orders with the manufacturers. Setting up service calls and follow up with field technicians. The applicant should possess a valid driver's license and have good communication skills. Highly competitive compensation.
